In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "luki22," "we," "us," "our" refers to luki22 and its affiliated platform operating at luki22.net.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for or accesses a luki22 account.
• "Platform" refers to the luki22 website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at luki22.net.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the luki22 Platform.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the sole transaction currency used on the luki22 Platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the PKR balance held within a player's luki22 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to a player's account by luki22.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the rollover multiplier applied to Bonus Funds that must be met before such funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including CNIC submission and identity confirmation.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to the process by which a player voluntarily restricts their own access to the luki22 Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

By accessing the luki22 Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their current form.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the luki22 Platform and close your account. Continued use of luki22 following notification of any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

To register and maintain a luki22 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. luki22 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age requirement and conducts age verification through CNIC documentation during the KYC process.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual player acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from luki22 or from any other licensed online gaming platform where such exclusion remains active.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, or agent of luki22 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. luki22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at any time.

luki22 operates a strict one account per player policy. Each player may maintain only one registered account, identified uniquely by CNIC number and registered mobile number. Discovery of multiple accounts attributed to a single individual will result in the suspension of all associated accounts pending investigation.

Registration on the luki22 Platform requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC number, a mobile number capable of receiving OTP verification, and a valid email address. luki22 does not accept registrations from individuals using false identity information under any circumstances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your luki22 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. luki22 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any channel other than the official luki22.net login page.

You must notify luki22 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected compromise of your login credentials. luki22 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate security over your account credentials.

luki22 implements 256-bit TLS encryption across all connections. However, the security of your account is a shared responsibility. You agree not to access your luki22 account from devices shared with individuals who are not authorised account holders, and to log out after each session on shared devices.

luki22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, 1LINK, and standard bank transfers through Pakistan's banking network.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your luki22 wallet subject to successful payment confirmation from your payment provider. luki22 does not accept cash deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been used for a deposit on the same account (the "source of funds" rule). All withdrawal requests require a fully verified KYC status. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be held pending completion of identity verification.

luki22 targets a processing window of 15–30 minutes for standard withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallets for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution. These timelines are targets and not guarantees.

luki22 does not charge standard withdrawal fees on transactions to JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallets. Fees applicable to bank transfer withdrawals are determined by the receiving institution and are beyond luki22's control. luki22 is not responsible for any third-party fees deducted by payment intermediaries.

luki22 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus play.

General bonus rules applicable to all luki22 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to a designated bonus balance and must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds may be used on slots and selected casino games only. Sports betting and live dealer games may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution.
• Only one bonus may be active per player account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the luki22 Platform.
• luki22 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already accepted by players in good faith.
• Any player found to be exploiting bonus structures through coordinated multi-accounting, abuse of multiple payment methods, or systematic low-risk wagering intended to circumvent wagering requirements will have their bonus privileges revoked and any associated winnings voided.

All bets placed on the luki22 Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, cricket markets, PSL fixtures, sports events, or any other product — are final once confirmed. luki22 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in cases where luki22 itself has made a manifest error in the offered odds or game configuration.

Manifest Errors: luki22 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that represent a manifest error (palpable error), including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, system errors, or data feed failures. Where a manifest error is identified, luki22 will notify affected players and refund the stake to the player's wallet.

Casino Game Outcomes: All slot and RNG-based casino game outcomes on the luki22 Platform are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information section. luki22 does not alter or modify game outcomes.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer game results are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by human dealers in certified studio environments. Technical disconnections during a live dealer game hand or spin do not entitle a player to a refund if the round was completed before the disconnection was registered by the platform.

Sports & Cricket Betting: Cricket and sports betting markets on luki22, including PSL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series, are governed by luki22's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any abandoned, postponed, or voided fixture, applicable rules specific to the sport and competition will determine bet settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luki22 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. luki22 reserves the right to suspend, investigate, and permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or void any balances associated with such conduct:

• Registering more than one account on the luki22 Platform under any name, identity, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged identity documentation during the KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with luki22's systems in a manner not available to ordinary players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Systematically exploiting bonus terms through coordinated low-risk wagering, matched betting strategies, or multi-accounting.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the luki22 Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of luki22's technical systems, including game engines, odds engines, or payment infrastructure.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing luki22 staff, support agents, or other platform participants in any communication channel.

luki22 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and anti-money laundering authorities in Pakistan and internationally. Where luki22 has reasonable grounds to suspect criminal activity, all relevant account information and transaction data will be disclosed to the appropriate authorities without notice to the account holder.

luki22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. All real-money gaming activity on the luki22 Platform is strictly limited to players aged 21 and above. luki22 does not market its services to minors under any circumstances.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified luki22 account holders at no cost and accessible directly from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

luki22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• A chargeback being filed against a luki22 deposit transaction by the account holder.
• A request from law enforcement, a regulatory authority, or a competent legal body.
• Identification of the account holder as a politically exposed person (PEP) subject to enhanced due diligence obligations.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, luki22 will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation. Any balance held in a suspended account will be preserved during the investigation period and either returned or withheld based on the outcome of the investigation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the luki22 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any luki22 content without express prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luki22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the luki22 Platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

luki22's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luki22 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and third-party service failures may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform. luki22 shall not be liable for any losses sustained by a player as a direct result of Platform downtime.

luki22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the luki22 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the luki22 Privacy Policy.

luki22 retains player account data and transaction records for a minimum period as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations and international gaming licensing standards. Personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or by luki22's licensing obligations.

luki22's decisions in respect of game outcomes, bet settlements, and bonus eligibility are final except where a manifest technical error is demonstrably established. Disputes relating to bet settlements must be submitted to luki22 support within 14 days of the contested settlement date. Claims submitted outside this window may not be considered.
